Happy B-DAY Card!

Hello, my sweet readers!!!


Wow, I feel like I haven't posted anything in forever!  That is why I'm here to share a birthday card I made for a good friend of mine! (:

I was inspired by the über talented, Kristina Werner for this card (Click here to see her tutorial).  It was so easy to make, I wish I could've filmed it as a how-to tutorial for you guys (plans for this are actually in the works).  As you can see, there was no stamping required... just cardstock (kraft), paper, stickers and chipboard letters.  When I thought I was done making this card, I felt like it needed a little extra, so I rounded the right hand upper corner to balance everything off on that side.  Then, I added some faux-stitch lines along the color-stripes pattern paper with my Sakura white gel pen.  Et c'est fini! (;

Hope you guys like this card, but more important so, hope my friend likes it!! ☺
