Another Christmas Card! (:

Happy Monday, everyone!

Praying that everyone is doing well.  Here in New York, we'd like to think we're prepared enough for Hurricane Sandy... Praying that GOD weakens it or makes it disappear altogether (even the winds and the sea obey Him! ~Matthew 8:27)

Anyway, I'm feeling nice and cozy this day--there's really nothing else to do but craft my lil' heart away!!! :D  I'm havin' a blast playing with my latest goodies today!!!

I also wanted to share with you all another one of those mini cards I created the other day.  I utilized a new stamp set (Christmas tree) that my cousin, Carlos gave me about a month ago (he ended up getting rid of all his high quality crafting goodies and giving them ALL to me!!!).   I also pulled out some alpha stickers I've been hoarding--they've hardly been used--to create the Merry Christmas sentiment.  I wrapped a classic white bow with satin-y ribbon and declared it DONE!  The only thing that required a bit more time was the coloring of the tree and the presents underneath it with my Copics, but then again, I thrive on the fussy work--SO therapeutic and FUN!!! :D  In case you didn't know, I am stoked with these mini cards--my creativity just sparks when I make 'em!!!  I usually end up enjoying the results much more, too!!! (:

I hope I have inspired you to get crafty today!!!  If you are nearby those places that are being affected by Sandy, be safe!!  May the LORD keep you and His bountiful grace protect you.  'Til next time, my lovelies!  Xoxo

Love,

Gri
